Feeding Level of High Speed Mixer

According to the enormous experimental data of Kenneth Mixer:

1. When the volume of PVC resins and other additives fed to the high speed mixer is less than 50% of the total volume of the mixer bowl, the self-friction heat generated via intensive mixing tends to be slowly. It generally takes more than 15 minutes to reach the set temperature(such as 120 ℃).

2.  When the material feeding capacity is between 50% to 70% of total volume of mixer bowl, the time required to reach the preset temperature only takes 8 to 10 minutes.

3. When the material volume in the high speed mixer exceeds 70%, there is not enough mixing space, the mixing efficiency is reduced, the frictional heating is slowed down, and the motor current is too large due to over loading.
